Counter-current swimming, two hydromassage seats, the neck waterfall and the same counter-current system used as a Power hydromassage combine with light, music and ambient fragrance. Choose your features, atmosphere and pace.
Waterfall
The waterfall provides a steady massage to the neck, shoulders and upper back. Its weight and sound help the breath slow down.
Power hydromassage
The same flow used for counter-current swimming can become a high-intensity Power hydromassage, designed to target the back, shoulders and legs.
Counter-current swimming
A powerful current lets you swim without moving forward. Use it to wake up the body or for continuous movement before relaxing.
Atmosphere and comfort
The atmosphere you choose
Light, scent, music and warmth complete the four water features and make every moment in the SPA feel different.
Chromotherapy
The large illuminated ceiling colours water, stone and glass. Select one shade or let the colours change slowly around you.
Lighting is controlled with the dedicated remote.
Ambient aromatherapy
A professional diffuser scents the SPA with Patchouli and Oriental Woods, creating a warm identity without altering the water.
To protect the pool, never add oils, soaps or other products to the water.
Music therapy
Music fills the room and creates distance from everyday rhythms. Choose a soundtrack and let water, sound and silence find their balance.

Warmth in every season
The heated pool is inviting all year round. In cooler months, warm water and ancient stone make it even more enveloping.
The water is set to 32 °C in summer and 35 °C in winter.

Before
you arrive
Is the SPA for exclusive use?
Yes. The pool and wellness area are inside the Loft and reserved solely for guests throughout their stay.
What does the wellness area include?
Heated pool, a counter-current system that also works as a Power hydromassage, two hydromassage seats, neck waterfall, chromotherapy, ambient fragrance and Bluetooth music.
Is the pool heated all year round?
Yes. The pool inside the 17 m² private SPA is set to 32 °C in summer and 35 °C in winter.
How many guests can the Loft accommodate?
Up to two adult guests. The 60 m² ground-floor space includes a living area with kitchen, king-size bedroom, bathroom and private SPA.
How do arrival and access work?
Your personal code appears in the Guest Area after every guest completes online check-in, Loft SPA verifies it and the lock confirms the code. Direct bookings also require verified full payment. You may see the code before arrival, but it only works during the displayed times: normally from 15:00 on arrival to 11:00 on departure. Enter the code and press ✓.
Where can we park?
Open Arrival → Parking in the digital guide for the map and directions to the Loft. Always check local signs.
What is included in the digital guide?
Directions, parking, SPA and Loft instructions, assistance and departure. Your Guest Area contains stay details, check-in and, when available, the door code with Wi-Fi just below.
How does a direct request work?
Choose arrival and departure in the calendar and submit the form. A request does not hold dates. Read and accept your quotation in the Guest Area; the booking is confirmed after we verify the required payment.
How long is the quotation valid?
Three days from sending, or two hours for arrival today. Check the deadline displayed in the quotation. If it expires without acceptance, you can submit a new request.
Can I pay a deposit and balance?
When offered in your quotation, a verified deposit confirms the booking and holds the dates. The balance is normally due 14 days before arrival, as specified. Arrival today requires full payment by instant bank transfer.
I reported a transfer. Is it confirmed?
Reporting starts our verification of the funds received. Wait for the result before reporting another payment. If rejected, the amount still due and transfer instructions reappear in the Guest Area.
How do I access the Guest Area?
Use the reference from Loft SPA and one request detail: email, phone number or full name. Airbnb and Booking.com guests also receive access instructions from Loft SPA.
Do Airbnb or Booking.com guests need to book again?
No. Use the Guest Area for every guest’s check-in and for the door code after our verification. Refer to your platform for booking payments and conditions.
What if the code is not visible?
Check that check-in and, for direct bookings, full payment are verified. “Preparing your access” means lock confirmation is pending. If you are already at the Loft or need help, contact us through Assistance.
Where are past stays and reviews?
After your stay, you can leave 1–5 stars and a private comment for Loft SPA. History retains past stays; if you have several bookings, select the one you wish to view.
Is it a real pool or a hot tub?
It is a real 3.80 × 2.40 m indoor pool, 1 m deep, with counter-current swimming and two hydromassage seats—not simply a hot tub.
