The 17 m² private SPA and its heated indoor pool measuring 3.80 × 2.40 m are part of the Loft, separated from the living room by a glass wall. There are no shared areas, outside visitors or timed spa sessions.
Private wellness, whenever you choose
Two hydromassage seats, counter-current swimming, Power hydromassage and a neck waterfall are combined with chromotherapy, ambient fragrance and Bluetooth music. You choose the feature, atmosphere and pace.

Is the SPA completely private?
Yes. The indoor pool and wellness area are inside the Loft and reserved exclusively for its two guests throughout the stay.
Is it a Jacuzzi in the bedroom?
No. It is a 17 m² private SPA with a real heated indoor pool measuring 3.80 × 2.40 m, separated from the living room by a glass wall.
Is the pool heated all year?
Yes. The water is set to 32 °C in summer and 35 °C in winter.
Where is Loft SPA?
At Via Populonia 14, in the medieval centre of Massa Marittima, in Tuscany's Maremma region.
Can we book the spa without an overnight stay?
The spa is part of the private accommodation and is reserved for the Loft's two guests throughout their stay. It is not a day spa with separate admission or shared time slots.
Is this a room or an entire apartment with a private spa?
You book the entire 60 m² Loft, with a living room, equipped kitchen, king-size bedroom, bathroom and exclusive indoor spa. The heated pool is included in your stay.
How do we find the price and book?
Choose your dates in the website calendar and send a request. You will receive a personal quote with the total, conditions and payment instructions in your Guest Area. A request or acceptance alone does not reserve the dates: confirmation follows verification of the required payment.
Can we stay for just one night?
Availability and the minimum stay depend on the period. The calendar and your personal quote show the dates and conditions offered.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Complete the online check-in for all guests before arrival. Your personal access code is made available after the required checks.
